Sunroof, Dual Pane: Installation

NOTE:

After installation the sunroof motor will need to be initialized.

Verify that glass panel is fully closed.
Locate the alignment holes along the sides of the module assembly and position the holes so that they line up with the holes located in sunroof frame (1).
Raise sunroof module assembly (2) and guide it carefully into position.
While supporting the sunroof assembly Install the 14 bolts.
Tighten the 14 bolts (3) to 9.5 N.m (84 in. lbs.)

Connect the electrical connector.
Connect the drain tubes (1) to the sunroof.
Connect the battery negative cable.
Test sunroof operation, adjust if necessary. Refer to GLASS, SUNROOF, REAR, ADJUSTMENTS .
Install the headliner. Refer to HEADLINER, INSTALLATION .
Initialize sunroof motor. Refer to MOTOR, SUNROOF, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
