This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) closed or in closed loop control mode.
- Calculated pressure inside the TCC must be greater than a calibrated threshold.
- Engine torque must be lower than a calibrated threshold.
