CONTROL MODULE PROGRAMMING ERROR

NOTE:

This Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) is set to inform the technician that the Transmission Control Module (TCM) is programmed with generic software and must be reprogrammed with vehicle specific software.

Perform the TCM PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .

Was the controller updated successfully?

Yes

Perform the TRANSMISSION VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to TRANSMISSION VERIFICATION TEST .
