Cooler And Hoses, Charge Air: Installation: Cooler

  1. Position the Charge Air Cooler (CAC) tab into (1) into the mount on radiator.

  2. Engage the left side CAC tab into radiator.

  3. Engage the right side CAC tab into radiator.

  4. Install the left side CAC hoses (1) onto the cooler and tighten the clamp (2) to 11 N.m (8 ft. lbs.).

  5. Install the right side CAC hose (2) on to the cooler and tighten the clamp (1) to 11 N.m (8 ft. lbs.).
  6. Install the radiator crossmember. Refer to CROSSMEMBER, RADIATOR, INSTALLATION .
