Jet, Timing Chain Oil: Installation

- Install a new O-ring seal (1) onto the timing chain oil jet (2).NOTE:
Right side shown in the illustration, left side similar.
- Install the timing chain oil jet (2). Tighten the bolt (1) to 11 N.m (8 ft. lbs.).
- Install the upper timing cover. Refer to COVER(S), ENGINE TIMING, INSTALLATION .
- Fill the engine to the proper oil level.
- Connect the negative battery cable.
