NOTE:

Make sure the battery voltage is between 10 and 16 volts before proceeding.

With the scan tool, read active DTCs.
Is this DTC active?

Yes
- Perform the U11B9-Lost Communication with RF Hub diagnostic procedure. Refer to U11B9-00-LOST COMMUNICATION WITH RF HUB .
No
- Perform the Stored Lost Communication DTCs diagnostic procedure. Refer to STORED LOST COMMUNICATION DTCS .
