This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

Engine speed above 450 RPM.
No Input Speed Sensor Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) set.
No Electronic Shift Module (ESM) DTCs set.
No Antilock Brake System (ABS) DTCs set.
Vehicle speed above 10 Km/h (6 mph).
