Vacuum Actuator, EGR Bypass: Removal

  1. Remove the engine cover (1).

  2. Remove the fuel injector silencer (1).

  3. Disconnect the EGR cooler vacuum bypass hose (1).

  4. Remove the E-clip (2) and disconnect the vacuum actuator rod (1) from the bypass valve (3).

  5. Remove the screws (2) and the vacuum actuator (1) from EGR cooler.
