Switch, Seat: Description

The standard driver power seat and available power front passenger seats can be adjusted using the power seat switch located on the outboard seat cushion side shield.

The power seat adjuster switch assembly is used for adjusting the front seats (both driver and passenger) position, it could have one or two knobs depending on the different versions (4-way, 6-way, 8-way).

Both the high current and low current versions of the power seat adjuster switch assemblies is to provide a means to electrically adjust the position of the front driver and passenger seats, high current switch feeds the Seat motors directly whilst low current is used in vehicles with Memory Recall feature so the signal travel to an ECU which controls the motors.
