Set Condition

- The HVAC Module learns the normal open position voltage and the normal closed position voltage of the door during an actuator calibration test. If the learned closed position (0%) is more than 1.20 volts, or learned open position (100%) is less than 3.60 volts, this DTC will set.
NOTE:
Left Blend Door normal operating position signal voltages:

The door may travel outside these values (0.98v - 4.08v) during Actuator Calibration Test. The Actuator Calibration Test is triggered when a new HVAC Module is installed, a battery disconnect has occurred, or when commanded by the scan tool.
