This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met

With the ignition is on.
The battery voltage between 10 and 16 volts.
The Body Control Module (BCM) is configured correctly.

Set Conditions:

When the Body Control Module (BCM) does not receive the security code (Minikrypt) from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
