This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- With the igniting on. During in-plant testing, the APP Sensor is checked to make sure the minimum and maximum values can be reached.
- The PCM performs the diagnostic test for this DTC after the diagnostic test for P2167 has passed.
