When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

With the engine running.
Battery voltage greater than 7.5 volts.
The difference between the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor value and the actual Engine Oil Temperature (EOT) Sensor value is less than 255°C (491°F) at engine start-up.
To initiate the monitor, the model predicted EOT value at engine start up must be less than approximately 58°C (136.4°F). The monitor will stop running when the model predicted engine oil temperature becomes greater than 88°C (190.4°F).
