Sensor, Camshaft Position, 2.0L Diesel: Removal: Diesel

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the engine cover. Refer to .
  3. Remove the crankcase breather hose.

  4. Disconnect the Camshaft Position Sensor (CMP) wire harness connector (1).

  5. Remove bolt (2) and the CMP sensor (1).
