VERIFY OPERATION OF THE BUTTON

With the scan tool, read DTCs and record on repair order.
With the scan tool, erase DTCs.
Press and release all the Radio hard and soft keys three times.
Wait 60 seconds.
With the scan tool, read DTCs.
Did the DTC return?

Yes
- Replace the Radio in accordance with the Service Information. Refer to RADIO, REMOVAL .
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
No
- Test complete.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
