Instrument Panel

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
  2. Using (special tool #C-4755, Trim Stick), remove the speaker grille from the top of the instrument panel.

  3. Remove the two screws (1) securing the speaker (2) to the instrument panel.
  4. Lift the speaker up and disconnect the wire harness connector.
  5. Remove the speaker from the vehicle.
