Module, External Disc: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the floor console. Refer to CONSOLE, FLOOR, REMOVAL .

  3. Disconnect the wire harness connector.
  4. Remove the retaining screws (1) and disengage the storage bin (2) from the floor console.

  5. Remove the disc player (2) mounting fasteners (1).
  6. Remove the disc player from the storage bin.
