When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

Battery voltage greater than 11.0 volts.
Fuel level greater than 12%.
Odometer mileage greater than 24.6 miles.
No other active DTCs for O2 Sensor or Fuel Injector.
Downstream O2 Sensor in open loop mode.
