2.2L Diesel

- Install two NEW gaskets into the EGR manifold and onto the EGR valve.
- Install the EGR valve (2) and tighten the bolts (1) to the proper torque. Refer to EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION, DIESEL, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Connect the EGR valve wire harness connector (1).
- Install the engine cover. Refer to the appropriate service article .
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
