2.0L Diesel

- Clean the gasket sealing surface.
- Using a NEW
gasket, install the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve (4) onto the EGR cooler manifold (2) and tighten the bolts (1 and 3) to the proper torque. Refer to EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION, DIESEL, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the EGR cooler manifold (1) (Refer to the appropriate service article ).
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
