2.2L Diesel

- Remove the engine cover. Refer to the appropriate service article .
- Remove the left side Charge Air Cooler (CAC) tube. Refer to the appropriate service article.
- Remove the two bolts (1) that secure the EGR tube to the EGR cooler manifold.
- Remove the three bolts (1) that secure the EGR tube (2) to the intake manifold.
- Remove the EGR tube (2).
- Remove and discard the gasket and O-ring seal.
