2.2L Diesel

- Install a NEW
gasket (1) onto the EGR cooler manifold.
- Install a NEW
O-ring seal (1) onto the EGR tube.
- Install the EGR tube (2) and tighten the three upper bolts (1) to the proper torque. Refer to EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION, DIESEL, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the two EGR tube lower bolts (1) that secure it to the EGR cooler manifold and tighten to the proper torque. Refer to EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION, DIESEL, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the left side Charge Air Cooler (CAC) tube. Refer to the appropriate service article .
- Install the engine cover. Refer to the appropriate service article .
