2.0L Diesel

- Install a NEW
EGR tube O-ring gasket (2) onto the intake manifold.
- Using a NEW gasket, Install the EGR tube (1) and onto the EGR cooler manifold.
- Install the two EGR tube to the EGR cooler manifold bolts (2) and tighten to the proper torque. Refer to EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION, DIESEL, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Connect the EGR valve wiring harness connector (1).
- Install the three EGR tube to intake manifold bolts (1) and tighten to the proper torque. Refer to EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION, DIESEL, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the engine cover. Refer to the appropriate service article .
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
