Canister, Vapor: Installation

  1. Install EVAP canister (2) mounting nuts. Tighten the nuts (1) to 5 N.m (44 in. lbs.).
  2. Connect the filter lines to canister.
  3. Connect the ESIM electrical connector.
  4. Install the rear inner splash shield.
  5. Install the right rear wheel.
  6. Lower the vehicle.
  7. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
