Bottle, Pressurized Coolant: Installation: Gas

  1. Install the lower heater supply hose. Tighten the clamp.
  2. Position the coolant bottle onto the rubber mount located on the right upper engine mount.
  3. Install the bolt (4) and stud bolt. Tighten to the proper torque. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS 3.2L  .
  4. Install the body harness retainer (5) onto the stud bolt.
  5. Install the return hose (2). Tighten the clamp.
  6. Fill the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  7. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
