Bottle, Pressurized Coolant: Installation: Diesel

- Install the lower coolant hose (1) to pressurized coolant bottle (2).
- Install the pressurized coolant bottle (2).
- Tighten bolt (1) to the proper torque. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Tighten nut (1) to the proper torque. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the coolant return hose (2) to the top of pressurized coolant bottle (1).
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
