Pulley, Idler: Installation: Diesel

- Install the idler pulley (2) from under the vehicle. Tighten the bolt (1) to the proper torque. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, REMOVAL .
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
