2.0L Diesel

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the engine cover. Refer to the appropriate service information article. .

  3. Disconnect the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor wire harness connector (1).

  4. Loosen the clamps (4, 6) and disconnect the turbocharger air inlet tube (5).

  5. Remove the screws (2) and the MAF sensor (1) from the air cleaner body.
