Engine Block: FLEXPLATE: Installation

  1. Position the flexplate (3) onto the crankshaft.
  2. Install the bolts (1) hand tight.
  3. Tighten the flexplate retaining bolts to the proper specifications in a criss-cross pattern. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  4. Install the transmission. Refer to INSTALLATION .
