Resonator, Air Cleaner: Installation

- Lubricate the rubber mount sockets on the resonator (6) with Mopar® Rubber Bushing Installation Lube.
- Install the resonator to the throttle body inlet (3). Push the resonator down onto the locating pins until the rubber mount sockets are fully seated.NOTE:
Ensure that the clean air hose is fully seated on the resonator. The end of the clean air hose can roll at the back during installation, resulting in a leak path.
- Install the clean air hose (5) to the resonator and tighten the clamp to 4 N.m (35 In. Lbs.).
- Install the push pin (2).
- Connect the harness connector (2) to the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor (1).
Engage the vapor line retainer (4) to the resonator (1).
- Install engine cover (1).
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
