Sensor, Wheel Speed, Rear: Removal

NOTE:

Before proceeding, Refer to. Refer to CAUTION .WARNING .

Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
Disconnect the Wheel Speed Sensor (WSS) wire harness connector (1) at the body wiring harness connector.

NOTE:
On vehicles with off road suspension only, note the location of the tie strap holding the wheel speed sensor wiring to the electric park brake wiring. This will be essential for the installation process, to help aid in the routing.
Separate the wheel speed sensor cable from all retainers and clips.
Remove retaining bolt (6) and wheel speed sensor (5) from knuckle assembly.
