Removal - Jumper Line

- Recover the refrigerant from the refrigerant system. Refer to PLUMBING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Remove the bolt (2) that secures the service port (1).
- Remove nut and the A/C discharge (3) and liquid line (1) manifold from the condenser jumper line (2).
- Detach the liquid line from manifold. Remove and discard the washer seals.
- Install plugs in, or tape over the opened refrigerant line fittings and the condenser and suction line ports.
- Remove the fasteners (1) and then the lower closeout panel (2).
- Remove the condenser jumper line bolts (1) from the condenser.
- Install plugs in, or tape over the opened refrigerant line fittings.
- Slide the jumper line junction block (1) towards the front of the vehicle, removing it from the radiator (2).
- Remove the jumper line through the bottom of the front fascia opening.
