Sensor, Oil Pressure: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  3. Remove the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, REMOVAL .

  4. Disengage the sensor harness retainer (5) from the engine block.
  5. Unlock and disconnect the oil pressure sensor electrical connector (4).
  6. Unscrew and remove the sensor (2) from the cylinder block.
