Plug, Oil: Installation

CAUTION:
Excessive use of brake parts cleaner to clean threads in block could cause #5 main bearing failure.
NOTE:
Rear plug shown in illustration, other plugs are similar.
- Use Mopar® Brake Parts Cleaner (or equivalent) sparingly to clean the block.
- Install the plug (2) flush with the block boss face (1). The plug (2) is correctly installed when it is flush or protruding no more than 1 mm from the block boss face (1).
