Seal, Axle Drive Shaft, Outer: Removal

- Raise and support the vehicle
Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Place a suitable drain pan under the PTU to catch fluid that may spill when the seal is removed.
- Remove right halfshaft Refer to REMOVAL

- Using a suitable screw driver (1), remove the output shaft seal (3) from the PTU housing (2).
