Stand Alone Switch Bracket

  1. Position the stand alone hood ajar switch mounting bracket (1) onto the left front fender load beam (4).
  2. Install and tighten the screw (3) that secures the mounting bracket to the left front fender load beam. Tighten the screw to 5.5 N.m (4 ft. lbs.).
  3. Install the stand alone hood ajar switch (2) into the mounting bracket. Refer to SWITCH, HOOD AJAR, INSTALLATION .
