Fascia, Front: Removal

  1. Open the hood.
  2. Remove the push pin fasteners and remove the radiator closeout panel (1).

  3. Remove the fender (1) and fascia bracket fasteners (2).

  4. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
  5. Raise and support the vehicle.
  6. Remove the engine belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, REMOVAL .
  7. Remove the front wheel flare. Refer to MOLDING, FRONT WHEEL OPENING, REMOVAL .
  8. Accessing from the wheelhouse, remove the fender to fascia fastener (1). Repeat for the opposite side.

  9. Remove the lower fasteners (4).

  10. Remove the two fascia to upper radiator support push pins (1) located above the headlamp. Repeat on the opposite side.
  11. Carefully pull out on the upper and lower fascia sides (3, 6) to disengage the fascia retaining tabs. Repeat on the opposite side.
  12. Disconnect all necessary electrical connectors.
  13. Remove the fascia (1) from the vehicle.
