Glass, Sunroof, Rear: Installation

- Position the rear glass and loosely install the screws. Tighten slightly to hold the glass into place until final adjustment in-vehicle, but loose enough to be repositioned while installing the sunroof assembly.NOTE:
The sunroof glass will need to be adjusted properly while in-vehicle.
- Install the sunroof into the vehicle. Refer to SUNROOF, DUAL PANE, INSTALLATION .NOTE:
Do not install the headliner yet. Install the headliner after the glass has been adjusted and verified the operation of the sunroof.
- Install the front sunroof glass while in vehicle. Refer to GLASS, SUNROOF, REAR, INSTALLATION .
- Adjust the front and rear sunroof glass. Refer to GLASS, SUNROOF, REAR, ADJUSTMENTS .NOTE:
Tighten the bolts to 4.5 N.m (40 in. lbs.) Using the sequence shown.
- Install the headliner. Refer to HEADLINER, INSTALLATION .
- Perform the sunroof initialization and obstacle detection calibration. Refer to MOTOR, SUNROOF, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
