Striker, Door Latch: Removal

- Using a grease pencil or equivalent, mark the location of the door latch striker (1) on the B-pillar.
- Remove the two bolts (2) that secure the striker to the B-pillar and remove the striker.
- Be sure to check for any shims between door latch striker and B-pillar. If any shims are found, they must be reinstalled with the new door latch striker to maintain proper door operation.
