Latch, Door: Removal

- Remove the carrier plate. Refer to PLATE, CARRIER, REMOVAL .
- With the use of a flat bladed tool or equivalent, gently pry up on tab (1) and slide the latch (3) off of the presenter bracket (2).
- Disconnect the electrical connector (2).
- Release the latch cover tabs (3) and remove the latch cover.
- Disconnect handle and lock cables (1) and remove the latch assembly (2).
