Bulb - Overhead Console

- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
- Remove the overhead console (1) from the headliner.
- Grasp the dome/reading lamp socket (3) firmly and push it to one side far enough to unsnap the socket latch features from the lamp housing (4).
- Pull the socket and bulb (2) out of the lamp housing.
- Pull the base of the bulb straight out of the lamp socket.
