When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

With the engine running.
The adaptive numerator has been successfully updated.
Battery voltage less than 11.0 volts.
Barometric pressure is greater than 75.2 kPa.
Fuel level greater than 12%.
