When Monitored

This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:

Engine speed above a calibrated threshold (between approximately 2000 - 2700 RPM).
Battery voltage between 7.5 volts and 15.8 volts.
Barometric pressure is above 75.2 kPa.
