When Monitored

This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:
- With the engine running.
- Engine speed between approximately 600 - 6000 RPM, depending on Powertrain Control Module (PCM) calibration.
- Engine coolant temperature above 10°C (50°F).
- The Crankshaft Position (CKP) and Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor signal patterns achieve target lock position.
