Repair Procedure For Windshield To Cowl Seal

This repair procedure is applicable when water is evident on the:

• Front floor (wet carpet)

1. Remove the left side instrument panel cover
2. Insert a trim stick (2) under the cowl to windshield front seal (1).
3. Inspect for two-side tape adhesion failure.

4. Clean the bond area (1) with isopropyl alcohol and apply Kent Hi-Tech Clear Seam Sealer p/n P10200.

5. When applying Seam sealer, ensure it is applied to zone (1) and (2) of the seal.
