Engine Coolant Temperature Light Does Not Work

With the ignition key on, the engine coolant temperature warning light on the instrument panel does not work.

NOTE:

The message comes from the engine coolant temperature sensor signal to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) on the CAN-C network and made available to the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) through the Body Control Module (BCM) via the CAN-B network.
