When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- Enable Conditions for Check 1:
- Ignition is on OR the TCM is in power-on state.
- Engine is not in cranking mode.
- Transmission is shifting and the target gear is the 3rd gear.
- Enable Conditions for Check 2:
- Ignition is on OR the TCM is in power-on state.
- Engine is not in cranking mode.
- Transmission is shifting and the target gear is the 2nd gear.
- Enable Conditions for Check 3:
- Ignition is on OR the TCM is in power-on state.
- Engine is not in cranking mode.
- Transmission is shifting and the target gear is the Reverse gear.
