Cable, Hood Release: Removal: Removal

Disconnect the latch cable (1) from the latch (3).
Separate the cable (2) from the latch (3).

Release the push pin fasteners (2).

Remove the cowl trim panel. Refer to PANEL, COWL TRIM, SIDE, REMOVAL .
Remove the screws (2) and separate the handle (3) from the cowl.
Remove the cable from the cowl panel from the inside of the car.
