Antenna, Satellite, Audio: Removal: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Pull down and remove the headliner rear center header trim panel.
  3. Remove the third row turning loop bracket on both sides. Refer to RETRACTOR, SEAT BELT, REMOVAL .
  4. Remove the left and right D-Pillar trim panels. Refer to PANEL, D-PILLAR TRIM, REMOVAL .
  5. Remove the left and right C-Pillar trim panels. Refer to PANEL, C-PILLAR TRIM, REMOVAL .

  6. Disconnect the antenna electrical connectors (1 and 2).
    NOTE:

    Be extremely careful not to pull too hard on the headliner which could cause it to damage.

  7. Gently pull down on the rear of the headliner and disconnect and remove the RF-Hub (3).

  8. Gently pull down on the rear of the headliner and remove the antenna fastener and retainer (1 and 2).
  9. From inside the vehicle, using a flat bladed tool, depress one of the retaining tabs on the antenna (3). Push one side of the antenna connector through the roof panel. Depress the other side of the connector and remove the antenna.
