Diagnostic Test

- CHECK THE USB CABLE CONNECTION AT THE TELEMATICS GATEWAY (TGW) MODULE
- Turn the ignition off.
- Inspect the USB cable connection at the rear of the Telematics Gateway (TGW).
Is the USB cable connection secure and undamaged?
Yes
- Go To 2
No
- Repair the USB cable connection as needed.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- CHECK THE USB CABLE CONNECTION AT THE HANDS FREE MODULE (HFM)
- Inspect the USB cable connection at the rear of the Hands Free Module (HFM).
Is the USB cable connection secure and undamaged?
Yes
- Replace the USB Cable in accordance with the Service Information.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
No
- Repair the USB cable connection as needed.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Inspect the USB cable connection at the rear of the Hands Free Module (HFM).
